We are looking for a Delivery Planner.
Do you want to contribute to the efficient planning of deliveries of Bazefield system to energy sites around the world? This is a new role within a new department, and you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the rollout of Bazefield system to all new sites. You will work closely with our onboarding team and in partnership with Project Managers who will be in control of the overall commitments per customer contract. We also need you to take part in shaping the department and the role.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the selection, prioritization, and execution of site rollouts from the new, pending and backlog of orders.
- Follow up on customer’s readiness of sites according to agreed connectivity, hardware, configuration parameters. Adjust plans and schedules in response to delays or unexpected obstacles.
- Input to resource planning to ensure resource availability upon time and prevent overallocation or bottlenecks.
- Mitigate risks, manage issues that arise during planning and rollout.
- Communicating with stakeholders, both internally and with customers, to provide updates on rollout status.
- Continuously improving delivery rollout practices based on lessons learned and industry best practices.
- It will be possible and encouraged to progress your career, within the delivery department, other departments or higher-level management.

- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at many levels and cross-functional, different cultures and informal rules.
- Use a methodical and systematic approach, seeing the big picture as well as the small details, define clear priorities.
- Makes an impact, capable of convincing and persuading others, ensure alignment and get things done.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Logistics, Project Management, Engineering or other relevant. We are open to candidates with relevant work experience that can serve the same purpose.
- We believe that work experience or talent as a project manager, planner, or within logistics will be a good background for the position, however, we are open for other backgrounds.
- Fluent in English both written and oral. Other languages are a plus.
