We are hiring Project Managers.
Are you a Project Manager ready to lead customer deliveries? In this role, you’ll be at the forefront, supported by a team of product specialists, functional and technical architects. Together, you’ll manage everything from kickoff, planning, and site rollout to custom setups, validation, and acceptance.
Your counterpart on the customer side will typically be a project manager or system owner responsible for implementing the Bazefield system as a business-critical solution. End users will include Remote Operation Center Operators, Asset Managers, and Performance Analysts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Bazefield according to contracted scope, overseeing timely onboarding of new sites, agreed custom setups, agreed system performance and support levels.
- Progress and status reporting, leading customer meetings.
- Manage risks in the delivery when it comes to customer expectations, issues, changes, escalations.
- Resource and task planning, ensuring delivery according to procedures and standards
- You will have access to a team of technical resources, resources with product and domain knowledge, both within Customer Service team and R&D team. A strong Project Management Office and management/administration will support you.
- It will be possible and encouraged to progress your career into leading larger projects, move over into more consultancy role, product role, or higher-level management.

- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at many levels and cross-functional, different cultures and informal rules.
- Use a methodical and systematic approach, seeing the big picture as well as the small details, define clear priorities. Drive structure and compliance with standards and contracts, balanced with flexibility and customer expectations.
- Makes an impact, capable of convincing and persuading others, ensure alignment and get things done.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant areas.
- Experience with project management and/or implementation of information systems
- Experience or interest in renewable energy business and technology, eager to learn and comfortable cooperating with experts inside and outside the company
- Fluent in English both written and oral. Other languages are a plus.
