We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key clients.
You will be the clients’ primary point of contact, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing system upgrades, and overseeing the overall account health. You'll conduct regular check-ins to maintain strong relationships and maximize client retention. You will lead a team of dedicated resources based on the tasks at hand, working closely with fellow Account Managers, the Support Manager, Project Controller, and Product Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact.
- Track and facilitate upgrades and changes in service, ensuring smooth transitions and timely delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Contribute to root cause analysis if the situation requires it.
- Manage and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, customer feedback, and progress on key initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- Be team lead for resources allocated to your team
- It will be possible and encouraged to progress your career into leading larger accounts, or develop into other roles in the company.
Personal qualities
- Skilled at building strong, collaborative relationships through active listening, and a genuine understanding of others' needs. Able to foster trust and connect with diverse teams and clients.
- Able to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into actionable insights. Capable of troubleshooting issues, asking the right questions, and making informed decisions without needing to be an expert in every detail.
- Good at determining when escalation is necessary, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly to prevent delays or setbacks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Renewable Industry, or other relevant. We are open to candidates with relevant work experience that can serve the same purpose.
- We believe that work experience or talent as Project Manager, Asset Manager, System Owner will be a good background for the position, however, we are open for other backgrounds.
- Fluent in English both written and oral. Other languages are a plus.
