We are looking for Product Engineers, Integrations, IT/OT
Do you want to contribute to the efficient Bazefield system services to energy sites around the world? Do you want to acquire in-depth knowledge of the product's features, functionality, and applications to effectively implement, trouble-shoot, and help clients and colleagues solve technical tasks and problems?
As a Product Engineer you will work within our delivery and/or support team.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new sites: IT/OT integration, connectivity to sites, configuration, dataflow, calculations
- Custom configurations as ordered from customer: New integrations, reports, dashboards and key performance indexes
- Handling of 3rd line technical support enquiries raised by customers
- Update documentation, knowledge base, report findings with product to R&D, possibly provide training for clients or internal staff
- You will work in one of the delivery or support teams and report task status and progress to a team lead
- Commissioning of sites world wide, with opportunities to travel.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, think critically, and resolve issues accurately and effectively. Get the job done.
- Understanding client needs. Eager to improve.
- Clear, concise communication, able to translate technical details for both technical and non-technical contacts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in System Development, Engineering or other relevant. We are open to candidates with relevant work experience that can serve the same purpose.
- Experience with technical aspects of IT systems, especially SCADA and the different interfaces/protocols/configurations connected to SCADA, as system owner, system developer, system engineer, or other relevant
- Fluent in English both written and oral. Other languages are a plus.
